Payment, Shipping and Custom Order FAQ’s
Texas Residents will have 8.25% tax added to their order when they check out at PayPal. 1. Do I need a PayPal account to shop here? TOP
No you do not need to open a paypal account to shop here. PayPal uses a secure connection to the internet so you do not need to worry about making a debit/credit card payment over the internet from this site. 2. Do you accept credit cards? TOP
I only accept debit/ credit cards through PayPal payments at this time. You don't need to have a PayPal account to do this. 3.Do you deliver outside the United States? TOP
Yes, to a limited number of countries at this time subject to import restrictions in certain countries. The countries I ship to are Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States. 4. What are your shipping rates? TOP
I ship all items to US at a Flat Rate, Using USPS First Class Mail with a Delivery Confirmation # for $2.50 and Priority Mail shipment with a DC# (US only) $5.95.
For international orders to Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and United Kingdom. I ship First Class Mail for a Flat Rate of $3.00
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
I do not charge additional for multiple items in your cart. If you would like to make your order a Priority Mail shipment (US only), choose from the drop down menu in your shopping cart, then recalculate your order.
I ship to the address provided by PayPal. If your purchase is a gift to someone else, a second home address or group exchange please Contact me with the details. If I do not hear from you in 48 hrs from purchase, I will ship to the PayPal address.
5. How many beads may I order? TOP
You can order as little as 1 bead with a maximum of 15 beads per custom order request. 6. Do you require payment up front? TOP
At this time I do not require payment up front. Once I complete your beads, I will email you a photo for your approval. Following that I will send you a PayPal invoice for your payment. 7. How long will it take to get my beads? TOP
I accept orders on a first come first serve basis. I can only determine upon receiving your request the total amount of time required to complete your order. I will let you know how many orders I have in front of your request. Orders tend to take 1 to 2 weeks, with longer times as it gets closer to the Holidays. 8. Wholesale TOP
I do not offer wholesale or volume discount on any of my orders. I am not a mass producer and I do not out source any part of my work. This is my art as well as my source of income. It takes the same amount of time, cost and talent per bead whether I am to make 1 or 100 bead. My beads are very good and highly competitive for the quality of work I do. 9. Lampwork beads TOP
Some of the raw glass I use in making my glass beads do have a trace amounts of lead and hard metals in the raw glass. This is needed to achieve certain colors. Example: Gold is used to make the pretty pinks and purples everyone loves. They are perfectly safe to use in jewelry since you are not going to be re melting them or eating them.
